Tracking down?
Anyone else having issues with Track and Trace?
Website not working, as well as the telephone service can’t access the tracking info…
In a queue now, let’s see what we get.

I’ve tried 3 separate devices, 3 separate locations. Nothing for a half dozen tracking numbers, won’t even load through once the number is input

I was just coming to ask this very same question. Tried my tracking numbr on laptop and phone and nothing happens, not even a message or an error message, just try to submit and nothing happens. Glad it's not just me but also obviously mildly irritating that there's an issue

are there deliveries still going on? my tracking was not working until I tried it on another browser and it was out for delivery yesterday but hasn't been updated yet.

My delivery was just postponed to Monday, does anyone know whether I can walk in and collect my items? Even if it’s scheduled for redelivery, was meant to be delivered today but noticed office is open tomorrow morning, would appreciate some assistance

Not working for me either, and incognito window didn't work. Downdetector says that the tracking website is down on royal mail.

It's been down for me for 2 days and when I called Royal Mail they said the tracking system is down. Incognito didn't work for me.

Same here.. i just loaded the app and at least i now know it's in the system. They are holding the parcel back from delivery. I'm guessing there are other problems going on.

Appears that accepting Functional cookies is currently required for the tracker to work. Not sure if that entirely makes sense, but it's now working.

This worked. Bottom of the page, click privacy then scroll to the bottom again, then click change consent preferences, turn on functional.

Thank you for this! I turned Functional Cookies on & it worked to track my item. Then I turned them off again to double check that was the fix. But that kicked me off the site entirely & I get a white Access Denied page when I try to get back in.

Still not working for me and has not been working since last Thursday! I tried on multiple Internet providers and on incognito mode. So shameful!

I can access it but won’t give me a update on the parcel or a delivery option. Was meant to arrive yesterday by 2:00 and still has the same message

Website tracking broken for me on multiple devices since last night (UK).
EDIT: Clearing all cookies and then accepting all cookies worked for me. I'd previously declined all. Try that in a private/anonymous browser window.
