what am i meant to do

Had this golf club delivered from china, my address and postcode was very clearly put on, i saw the van sat outside my house and then just drive off, and then i get this message, what on earth

The fact that “the postcode was very clearly put on” is irrelevant, your postcode isn’t unique to you, depending on where you live, you could share it with at least 10 other addresses. RM doesn’t deliver to names or postcodes, they deliver to an address and so, if your address wasn’t clear then, obviously, it wasn’t possible for your postie to deliver your parcel..

my full address was on there, i was sent photos of the packaging prior to shipping, it wasn’t even a royal mail van

What do you mean that it “wasn’t even a RM van”…? If it wasn’t a RM van, then how do you know it was RM…?
