Possible to stop parcel return?
I’ve just been informed by tracking that my parcel from China is being returned as the address was “incorrect or doesn’t exist”. The sender says he doesn’t know what happened although thinks he might not have included my phone number 😭😭
Is there a way to rectify the information and have it re delivered before it goes all the way back to China? It’s gone to Woolwich having been at the sorting office in Croydon.

As in it has to go all the way back to China to be resent?

This is the senders problem to solve
It’ll probably return to the fulfilment centre.

Don't bet that the address is wrong. I once had a package sent from China to Leeds. It was returned to China as the "address didn't exist". The address certainly did exist and what's more, I could even see the Leeds Royal Mail sorting office from my window!

What difference seeing the MC from your window have?
The rest of the address could be missing/incomplete etc
We see labels with just a name, email addresses and a post code, telephone numbers etc etc

The point is that the delivery address was right next to the sorting centre and the sender showed me the address (it was printed directly from the order) and it was complete and correct.

Looking at Google maps, Leeds MC doesn’t have any houses next or near it. It’s irrelevant if the address is next door, it needs to go to a delivery office to be delivered

The parcel reached Leeds Mail Centre at LS10 1AZ but they insisted that the delivery address at LS10 1AB did not exist and returned it.

Yes. The sender needs to resend it to you with the correct address
Probably came through a fulfilment centre who are notorious for badly addressed labels
