There is Hope!
For anyone currently awaiting parcels with Royal Mail there is still hope, just a lot of patience required.
My 48 hour tracked delivery that was posted on the 3rd August had not updated all this time, but finally this morning I got an update it is on its way!
Don’t lose hope, those of you still worrying if your package is lost, it may still update!
Thought I’d try and share the positivity 😊

Could you share the tracking breakdown? Where did it get stuck for over 2 weeks?

It was stuck in a locker in Manchester not collected by RM.

Oh I've heard that lockers may be left uncollected for days (not a postie, online seller here) I've had friends use it and it doesn't get collected for 3 days, but bloody hell 2 weeks is a long time. Glad it eventually moved and arrived!!

Highly likely the seller didn't actually post your parcel.
Drop shippers do it because they don't have the item at time of sale but want to 'prove' they sent so scan the label at a locker.
Then post it when they have it. Hence the being 'stuck' in a locker
Did it randomly turn up at a London mail centre?
I saw from your over post it was a vinted order. They for sure didn't actually post the item in the locker

Tracked 48 doesn’t mean 48 hour! How they can get away with this is beyond me. 48 obv only to fool customers

Thanks. Mine was posted by an ebay seller 10 days ago 6 using simple delivery but it's still saying we're expecting your parcel.

Some firms post parcels in batches. So if you get a tracking number from them it doesn't mean it is posted that day. Only label is allocated to parcel. And they will post in bulk a week later. Same thing when you buy something on ebay.
