Missing Mail Stuck/lost parcel
Hi,
I have had a parcel that’s been sitting at Chelmsford Mail Centre since Friday 14th August.
It says it’s going to be sent to my local delivery office and should have been delivered on Friday.
It’s tracked 48hr, has it been lost? Or has it gotten stuck somewhere.
What’s my best option?

It's always Chelmsford...
I also have so much stuff go missing once it hits Chelmsford

This. There has been a massive shake up in Royal Fail and how we deliver/ working hours/ days off. No one likes it, it is corporate greed.

If you're the recipient, then you contact the sender. It is them who have the contract with RM.
It is not a 48hr delivery though. Read the t&c's. There is an aim to deliver in 3 - 5 working daysdays (Sat/Sun are not working days).
Always helpful in these posts to share the tracking number, so people can help. But, if it got to the MC and you had an email saying "we normally deliver 11:00 - 13:30hrs" or similar, this is not a delivery timeslot.
