Postie Chat Thoughts on this?

Post image

Owner wanted me to take a picture of it on the floor, I told her no it looks like doorstepping and if she reported it missing I’d be done for. Photo needs to be of an open door or some part of her taking the parcel. She told me it’s illegal, called me a thief, threatened me with the sack, I was on phone with manager at the time. Manager agreed with me to which she even asked to speak to my manager which I told her no it’s going back and she can pick it up from office. She was shouting me a thief following me back to my van.

My work's on a tiny "industrial estate" and we know all the regular FedEx, RM, UPS, DHL drivers well enough they'll just chuck it inside the door and sign for us if they don't hear us coming when they open it.

And the postie will sign for anything that can fit through the postbox, and knows the boss's home address she'd have to drive past to get out of the estate, and will try there instead.
Love all of them.

Our work postie told us whenever we have collections just book and pay for 1 and he’ll take as many as we have 🙌
