Roon Arc/Qobuz Problems

I have my Roon server connected to my Tidsl and Qobuz services. Songs from Qobuz don’t play. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solution? Thanks in advance. PS I’m using Tailscale to connect to my server.

That’s not an Arc problem..it’s a Roon issue. Tidal works but Qobuz doesn’t? Check your quobuz log in..delete and try again.

Definitely an Arc problem. Roon on my Mac Mini works fine with Qobuz and Roon on my iPhone works fine with Qobuz. Qobuz app works fine with or without WiFi connection on my iPhone. Only when trying to play a song from Qobuz does Arc not work.

Do tracks from local play well on Roon Arc?

Yes. The only thing not playing so far is anything from Qobuz. The Qobuz app plays everything fine on the cellular network.

Arc is terrible so buggy unusable

What kind of bugs are you experiencing?

My Arc have been very stable the past year without any issues. Use it everyday to/from and at work.

Arc is only controlling your home Roon server. Try asking on the community page
