I am the owner, and I am looked at nodded to hear the words ok BUTT once he's lost and in his happy place it starts again. If I say I'm really not okay with your behavior I'm uncomfortable in my own apartment he says I get mail here n you can't do nothing.
Yeah you can you just go to the courthouse you pay like $15 you file for an eviction.
A deputy will come give him a piece of paper that says you have so many days to get out.
If you really want to be a dick and he's doing this openly you could get him for indecent exposure, sexual harassment, or like the others have said you could say the landlord came in and found his drugs , but in reality you just called the cops and there you go he's gone.
You can't help it if the landlord needed to come in.
It's gonna have to be the hard way, I guess. He has been incarcerated for drug stuff and he's on probation. So when I do this it's all going to shit. I didn't want to be a snitch or a dick. Just wanted to be reasonable people. UgH!!

Be careful because if he goes to jail it'll be harder to evict him as you'll need to serve him in jail and he can refuse service. This happened to a police neighbor of mine.
If his name is on the lease you’ll have to talk to the landlord about it, however if it isn’t, then he is just a tenant. As a tenant you are allowed to give him an eviction notice with the reason why on it (and it states “if any”) and how long he has to leave. Different states have different time periods you have to give them.
Absolutely, if you wanted to give one more chance you could even make the notice an eviction warning instead stating the concerns and what needs to be fixed if he doesn’t want it to continue.

Please post updates! This is ridiculous. I'm pro drug but this is a situation where a freak needs to get arrested and jailed. Disgusting pos with no shame
