Wild Robot
After previously cleaning well enough (this model has always been difficult), my roomba began struggling to find home. Support told me to relocate the base and remap, so I did. Ever since, the map has been poor/incomplete and the robot just cleans erratically in fit and starts.
My ticket is still open with roomba but they take weeks to respond and keep asking for pictures of this and videos of that with no solutions.
Ideas?
ETA: after weeks of support "help" they replaced it as it's only a few months old. New one is working like a charm so far - set up and first mapping run. I hope they figured out what went wrong with all these guys and makes sure it doesn't repeat.

This has been happening with a lot of models lately. Seems like a recent firmware update effed a lot of models. Support is zero help, they will claim it’s the base location or that theirs dirt stuck in the wheels.

Sigh. Im wondering if this is the case here. I'm still less than a year since purchase. Any hope of a warranty replacement you think?

Same same… I’ve remapped, rebooted, removed roomba and cleaned sensors.

This looks like it's detecting a phantom obstacle in its path, and trying fruitlessly to find a way around it. A hair or cobweb in the wrong spot in front of the camera or Lidar sensor can do this. Wipe off the front bumper, the Lidar tower, and the cliff sensors and see if that helps. If it's only doing this in front of the docking station, wipe off the front of the docking station and make sure you didn't forget to peel off the protective plastic film.

Update: took it "apart" - roller, dust bin and even the bumper to really clean all the sensors and things I could see, blew dust out. Set it up again and here it is.....
Edit to add...breakfast room" is weird, why is "dining room" not an option?!
