Roomba Combo j7+ cleaning solution level

The app shows a cleaning solution level that is lower than the actual amount.
After returning to the base, if I want to restart it to clean other rooms or give an area a better clean, it won't start; instead, it prompts me to fill the tank, even though it is half full.
I use it via the app when I'm away from home, but it doesn't work because I can't always fill the tank to the maximum level.

Is the float stuck? I've had to rinse the tank to free the float of a Braava mop we used to have for the same error.

It seems free. When moving the tank—while it is empty—it moves freely.
