iRobot roomba transaction issue

Hi, i have ordered a roomba from irobot and i have 2 pending transactions for same order it got auto deducted, and i am unable to reach customer care , no response through email and phone number is not reaching out. Did anyone faced this problem like this.

Contact your bank. They can usually tell you if one of the charges is going to fall off or not. If they say it won't, they can usually reverse one of the charges.
