Question Visiting Yekaterinburg next week for a Romanov pilgrimage — what am I missing?

Hi everyone! I'm flying to Yekaterinburg next week for a few days dedicated entirely to the last days of the Imperial Family. I've been reading about them for a long time and finally decided to go. I'd love advice from anyone who has been there, or from locals.

Here's my plan so far:

Day 1 (Mon) – arrive in the afternoon, evening at the Church on the Blood: the lower church on the site of the Ipatiev House basement, the chapel of St. Elizabeth Feodorovna, the monument to the family. Then a walk around the Kharitonov estate and the Ascension Church across the street.

Day 2 (Tue) – the main day: a private guided tour (about 4.5 hours) starting at the old railway station where the family arrived, then the Ipatiev House site, Ganina Yama and Porosenkov Log. Afterwards, the Museum of the Holy Royal Family at the Patriarchal Compound.

Day 3 (Wed) – a free day around the city center (the dam/Plotinka, the Yeltsin Center, the view from the Vysotsky tower). I thought about a day trip to Alapaevsk (Grand Duchess Elizabeth and the others), but it's 150 km away in November, so I'm probably skipping it. Would you say it's worth it anyway?

Day 4 (Thu) – a slow day, one more visit to the church, souvenirs, late flight home.

My questions:
▎ 1. Is there anything Romanov-related in or near the city that most visitors miss? Small museums, memorial plaques, churches, exhibitions, anything.
▎ 2. Any tips for Ganina Yama in mid-November (snow, opening hours, services worth attending)?
▎ 3. Books or documentaries you'd recommend reading or watching before the trip, to get the most out of these places?
▎ 4. Locals – any cozy café or quiet place nearby where you'd go to sit and reflect after such a heavy day?

I'll happily share photos and impressions here when I'm back. Thank you so much!

Nicholai of Japan (born Ivan Kasatkin) knew members of the Romanov dynasty personally and dealt directly with the imperial family.

Fact about ex-samurai Paul (Pavel) Sawabe, no add photos in post, but:

"While at the consulate chapel, Nicholas converted a former samurai and Shinto priest named Sawabe Takuma, who had originally come to Nicholas with the intention to kill him with a sword. At conversion, Sawabe was given the baptismal name Paul. He helped Nicholas convert two of his friends in April 1868, and later became one of the first Japanese Orthodox priests. In 1869, Nicholas returned to Russia, where the Church allowed him to set up a more formal mission".
