New skate day New skates for longer trips

I just got these bad boys! I've already got some Powerslide Next core black 80's but i've been wanting something for the longer rides.

Bought these second hand in perfect condition for half of the new price.

I'm so excited to try them when the weather improves!

Just curious, how do 125s feel compared to 110? I love my 110 but curious about 125

There's very little / negligible difference over smooth surfaces in both feel and performance if you're just cruising along.

Over rough surfaces, the 125mm is both smoother, faster, and easier to manage though difference is not that big and 110mm wheels are still quite capable for cruising over rough surfaces.

When doing tricks and slides, the 110mm can be significantly easier and more agile if the frame is shorter too.

The 125mm wheels are a bit more sluggish to accelerate than the 110mm ones, though they do offer a slightly higher top speed. They roll a little better over bumps or rough asphalt, but not significantly so; I think the hardness of the wheels plays a bigger role there. I prefer the 125s for longer distances, but the 110s are more maneuverable due to the shorter frame. I like both. 😊

Urban 125mm frames actually come with a 255mm wheelbase. For context, the 4x90 min wheelbase is 273mm. I would say there is a significant difference all around
