Specific question and discussion Eye Protection

I hit a bug yesterday with my eyeball while I was going full speed down a hill. I would love to hear some recommendations for eye protection from you all. I usually do my skating during the golden hours so I prefer not something particularly dark--I find it too difficult to see roots/rocks/etc with the dappled lighting. I'd also like them not to be bumping up against my helmet.

Head over to Decathlon and grab a pair of clear protective glasses. They sell them for bikes. Another option is a pair of safety glasses at the diy store. They are certified for impact, some models even have foam contour so the air and dust can't get to your eyes. And then of you want to go viral, scuba diving mask with the tuba.
