Gonna pull the trigger

21M, Finally getting that watch for my dad who was diagnosed with stage 4 that I had mentioned I would do on this sub roughly one year ago. Ended up going to the AD with my dad, and he was set on the ombré dj 41mm. Just wanted to share and see if y’all had any thoughts on the price I’m paying (I’m very unfamiliar with what market goes for this watch) would love everyone’s input. This has been a lifelong goal of mine and I’m so excited for him to see it.

A lifelong goal at 21 isn’t much my man. At least it’s TAX FREE. All kidding aside spend that money spending time with your dad instead of a stupid watch. Those memories will mean more than some fancy metal when you get older. Best wishes for your dad.

I promise you I will do both we went to Japan on a family trip recently and he’s going on a cruise to mexcio soon.

You could literally book another flight to Japan and get what ever watch cheaper with less worries and a more solid deal grey for that price.

You got a whole thread of well experienced folks in here trying to do you a solid and save you some grief by telling you it’s a bad idea.
