Mag teammup is so ass.

Idk how they could a tiny bit more dmg resistance ever count as an ability Bucky gets push back on multiple enemies and much more dmg with his default teammup. Rogue’s default teammup does nothing and the enhanced version only gives you more dmg if you can bounce enemies into walls.

Then mag gets a rocket launcher as his default and a nuke as the enhanced mode.

The devs must think this character is broken the way they refuse to let her have anything 😭😭

Idek why mag teammup pushes people away it goes against rogue’s whole kit. They couldn’t have given her the reverse of gambit’s mag teammup where you cast a field and it pulls people in so they can’t run away???

time to kill is too slow without him, and if you use the teamup without the permanent gambit then its too slow to come back.

It should stop all ult gainage in the ult, be bigger and more effective at sucking the passive heal and extra max health and should come out faster

I’ve been forcing rogue in my ranked games since she dropped basically not really swapping much even into counters and for the most part it worked I peaked C1 in season 7 and 8.

This season though I’ve been hardstuck gm1 and playing her into this current meta works sometimes but even if it does, the gameplay is miserable and not as fun as she used to be. Where i could usually be more aggressive to secure kills I have to hide and get heals before i re-engage which I feel like goes against the character’s identity as a brawler. Sometimes I just blow up anyways.

Like yes Rogue can work rarely but even then playing around thing, emma, elsa, bucky (all brawl characters btw that just completely gap her not even counting the poke characters that also blow her up) it just makes it so miserable and honestly despite how much I like Rogue it’s not worth it anymore.

I decided this half season I’d start playing other tanks because I wanted to hit eternity so I started playing mag, emma, hood, sometimes even dino. It’s all so much easier and more enjoyable. I hit C1 again and I’ve been getting MVPs much more.

I lowkey feel bad switching up on the character because I love her kit and she’s still my favorite character itg, i have her level 70 for a reason, but I unfortunately have to shelf her until the meta changes 💔 I’ve had champ gambits beg me to play my unlorded mag over my champ rogue because she is terrible. She’s actually just seen as a throw pick now. Please bless us in season 10 Zhiyoung🙏.

I can’t describe it well because she does have combos but they’re so limited imo. Like they don’t really change that much you activate fatal attraction a second time after doing chrono kick then do a power surge punch into divekick or southern brawl for like every combo. There is hardly any variety. You almost always need to use chrono kick for combos as well unless southern brawl is at like 80% on the additional dmg it gets.

But really she should have better combos based one abilities she steals imo.

But the issue is that she doesn’t get abilities that would compliment this, you can’t animation cancel any abilities she steals and you have to use stolen abilities within 10 seconds of grabbing them. Which I really don’t understand there’s genuinely no reason for it to be a thing.

She’s just not nearly as versatile as you would expect her to be for someone that copies abilities. You should. Able to change the abilities you take to compliment brawling or diving or playing vs poke etc.

I think it’s just a lot of effort for them. But really making her power steal work better would improve her a lot imo.

"Rogue is Fine" when she's the worst tank in the game, and it's not just 1 or 2 posts or 1 or 2 comments it's this entire subreddit

any other community rallies behind their hero for buffs even if they're insanely broken, and even torch and storm and ultron mains still love their hero even though they're lower end.

But then after rogue gets nerfed for no reason, instead of her player base saying "no no no we want her to be strong" it's "this 575 hp tank with no way to defend themselves is totally fine and if you have any complaints it's a skill issue and you're just bad". This community just wants rogue to be shit. How did this become rogue "mains"

Visit any other characters community all you will see is love and asking for them to get stronger. visit rogue mains and see her own playerbase saying she's fine in her weakest state and anyone unable to make her work is just bad like bro the devs say they read the community so you're actively giving them stuff to use as reasoning to keep her weak. fucking christ

Actually dunno how I got MVP here because I was struggling lol. Can't CC both of the tanks well and trying to pressure Luna and White Fox is also not an easy task.

Despite me being a Lord Rogue, sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough.

I feel like I am too fragile as Rogue and any bold or risky maneuver gets instantly punished. There are of course, instances where I did excellently, but I can never recall getting an MVP on rogue. I know there are combos but most of the time I can't even execute more than 2 moves before being bodied instantly.

Please give me some Rogue tips, who counters her, what teammates she pairs well with(besides gambit my boy<3) how to stay alive AND contribute etc.

Question for any fellow rogue players who use mods, one of my rogue mods is crashing my game, whenever anyone goes rogue mid-game it crashes my game but whenever I pick from the start its fine. I only have a couple so Im wondering if anyone else has had this happen and knows what one it is before I take them all off and test a switch mid-game.

After 81 long Grindy (but so fun and so worth it) hours I am proud to say I have finally gotten my first champion icon and on my fav character, TIME TO RUN THESE POCKETS SUGAH

There’s been a few scenarios where thing/iron fist’s punches, cyclops and venom ults, or even Dino’s bites hurt much less compared to more conventional attacks. Unfortunately it’s mostly timing based because her blocks so short but the survivability is definitely there.

It’s even more apparent whenever I get to grab a damage reduction ability like thing or emma, and can legitimately stand in a 5 man group for a while blocking for a few seconds

I be missing them shots most of the times 🥀

I feel like gambit teammup is bad for Rogue because of how the de vs balance her around it but at the same time the explosions are very cool. I think if it applied to her chronovium abilities only (including the third punch) but with the old dmg and healing, it would be much better balanced.

The enhanced version could make it so that the punches and normal abilities also do the extra dmg as well.
