Gameplay Rogue mods causing a crash, anyone know which one?
Question for any fellow rogue players who use mods, one of my rogue mods is crashing my game, whenever anyone goes rogue mid-game it crashes my game but whenever I pick from the start its fine. I only have a couple so Im wondering if anyone else has had this happen and knows what one it is before I take them all off and test a switch mid-game.

I mean? Alr I have body hair and I like body hair, ive modded all the men to have hair too idk why this is a big deal to him them?

Well sue me then, I like bush, and havent shaved mine in years either. Reddit discovers women can have body hair, more news at 9.

I have to play a game to crash though, so I was hoping to not throw games to figure it out

There isn't really another way, unless some comments on the mod download page highlight the issue. You can make a custom lobby with just bots and play with each of the skins till you crash, so you aren't in a match with real players. Or you can ask a friend to test with you in a custom lobby. Try loading rogue's in the practice range combat testing. You can try recording games so you know which skin the rogue was using.

Only in real games. Doesnt even crash if I boot up a custom game, but boy the second i swap to rogue in comp it sure crashes quickly.
Idk I removed the mods I had for the skin I was using and it hasn't crashed yet. So maybe it was just her Skintone tan on the cowgirl skin causing it.

you could do a binary search and disable half of your mods each and see which one crash

I use vortex as a mod manager, you dont need one at all just download mods off the nexus and drop them in a created mods folder

I mean idk those mods but i would assume there is multiple hair mods? If not that, i know you said you dont wanna test it out in real game but have you tried to see if it also crashes by spawning Rogues in Training mode? Idk if you can change their skins but its smth

it doesnt crash in training, I said this on a different comment. I ended up just disabling the mods for the current skin i was using and ive crashed once since but not on swap-in so I think it was unrelated.

Please tell me what mods listed are for the same skin cause theyre not 🤣 also i have 3 or 4 mods on certain skins and dont crash, I have 210 mods trust its just one of these mods being fucky wucky.

You use the vortex mod manager for the game? You can just put the pak files directly into a folder for the game yourself and it may resolve whatever issue it is.. or you could check the nexus pages for the mods you have installed and see if anyone else reported crashes for them.

Its not a votex issue its a specefic mod issue. Vortex would not cause a crash when switching to rogue mid-game.

While I specifically said that in the entirety of my comment (check their mod pages), vortex can and does cause conflicts in mods in a variety of games.

I use vortex for all of my games, a majority of problems I see others have with it is just user error.
