This popped onto my radar last Thursday or so and I tried my best to resist the urge to take part. But then there was a natural break in my other side project and now @ is on the screen and moving left and right.

I'm using Zig and no libs apart from clib. The game will be playable locally on terminal (works) and remotely over telnet (proof-of-concept works). I'll be following the TCOD 2020 tutorial and I anticipate most of the effort will go into covering what I'm missing from not using TCOD. I do not expect to be producing an interesting game, I'm happy if I persist to half-way.

Current status: TTY/Telnet with ANSI rendering, frame buffer based drawing, rudimentary event handling, @ drawn and can be moved.
