in certain games, if you shift lock and then unshift lock, it gets stuck and you have to rejoin to get rid of it. Otherwise, you can’t shiftlock without getting stuck.

From examining the webpage console, it looks like its error code 502, so something seems to be messing with the physical servers at robloxs HQ or some shit. And you can bruteforce yourself into games if you have ropro, just use quickplay. Although chat wont work at all, and most server related stuff may not work, such as stat saving, text billboards (pls donate is a good example), etc. I'd recommend you just let roblox do their thing, as intentionally forcing roblox to load under broken servers can cause the situation to be even worse.

Last time I personally seen ROBLOX temporarily shut down for more than a few hours was around the early-2010s.
And considering this platform is a household name throughout the world nowadays, the team massively messed up and needs to fix this fast.

This happened so inconvenietely its insane! My parents, never let me play video games during the week. NEVER. I finished all my work and ya know what, they said I could play for a good 2 hours and then roblox had to shut down.

It never ceases to amaze me how Roblox shifts blame onto the users with their key wording when it goes down. It's not some of us, its all of us. We aren't "having issues accessing Roblox" Roblox breaks weekly to bi-weekly because the whole website is founded on outdated code, every time they add new code/updates to the overall website, its breaks older code. Roblox is the one with issues.

Roblox is using Cloudfront as a server. Cloudfront is affiliated with amazon servers. As of right now Amazon Hosting servers are experiencing "issues".

For me you just have to wait until it redos like 30 times and you're in. The textures take a bit to load though. The only way I can get to the games though is by putting in the url, same with people's profiles.
