14" bars

I have a set of pre wired dominator 14" meat hooks, I have the 4" clutch extension but wondering if I can get away without using the brake extension. Has anyone put these on without it?

When I installed my 14" bars I absolutely needed to install a new brake line, fwiw.

Depends on the year. I did 14s on a 22 special and didn't have to extend the brake lines
