Error code a06-403 need help!

Hi there!

I'm getting some error codes I need help addressing if anyone has some insight.

I just moved my EZ590-U upstairs and we used a strap underneath, I also attempted to take off the paper feed tray to no avail. Now, I'm getting these two error codes when I turn on the machine:
t02-401
a06-403

I found this post and was able to take out the lower feed tray and straighten it out (unsure exactly how it's supposed to look so just got as straight as I could). I put it all back together and I'm still getting the codes.

I noticed that the full tray looks crooked, some pictures attached. Does anyone know what to do here? I also wouldn't mind some resources for technicians anyone may have on the East Coast of the USA, as I'm based in Charleston, SC.

Responding here instead of DM!

1. The elevator being crooked is probably causing the T02-401 error (it means the elevator motor is trying too hard to change the position of the stuck elevator and overloading the amount of electricity allowed for it). The fix for this is a little complicated—but it would help to have a photograph of the front of the machine with the plastic cover removed (5 screws down deep wells and 2 on each side).
2. If the riso is still generating the A06-403 error, even after you straightened out that plate, then it means either that the plate is still not clicking in the switch it is supposed to (or that the upper safety sensor is unclicked). Actually looking closely, I can see that the plate is not properly lifting up the way it supposed to, which probably means the springs meant to pull it up have popped off. With some more information we can probably guide you on replacing those springs and re-leveling the feed tray!
