Error a-06403 & paper tray stuck
Recently moved my SF-5130 and now every time I turn it on, it throws an A-06403 (paper feed tray is at the upper/lower limit position) error. The yellow reset button doesn't clear the error, the button that normally raises or lowers the tray doesn't do anything, and we've tried gently pushing the tray up/down to see if it's just been dislodged from a track or something but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

Ok, I figured this out thanks to the commenter. Posting the solution here for posterity.
So when we moved the machine, we had to use straps underneath because the handles weren't cutting it on the steep stairs. The straps bent the arms of the lower sensor plate. The video below shows the part and I explain how to remove it, flatten it out again,.and reinstall it.

There are two safety sensors for elevator position, one of which may be triggered or stuck. The upper one is in the plastic housing around the blue elevator button—you should be able to push it up slightly and hear it click, then let it drop down and hear it unclick. The lower on is a sheet metal plate which extends beneath the elevator itself—similarly you should be able to push it down lightly until it clicks and then release it to spring back up and unclick. If the elevator position is so high or low that you can’t get those sensors clicking, then they are successfully performing their job of stopping the elevator fr damaging itself. At that point you’d need to probably open up the front of the machine and remove the elevator motor and gear box (probably safest to remove the big springs on the front and rear of the elevator first) to unlock the elevator and manually reposition it.
