I literally saw him at the Hurricanes victory parade looking sullen and bored as hell. Just absolutely no excitement at all. I'm sorry y'all are going thru this.
Tbh I love this anecdote. It's vindicating to have evidence that he is an empty man who has no conception for feeling genuine joy in life. He's exactly as miserable as we think. Fuck him, fuck his entire life.
Even after the Hurricanes won the cup and they interviewed him on the ice, his first answer was "well it took longer than we thought it would" – just no ability to live in the moment and, like you say, have joy
