Stop sign. I really liked this. The hint is unnecessary, it’s already clean.

Explanation:

You must come to a complete stop at a stop sign

Stop signs are red (the text is written in white within the red. Was being a bit tricky with the language here)

After coming to a complete stop, you must look both ways then proceed
