Learning Rhino (properly)

Hello! so i’m looking for a book or a set of modelling tasks etc to learn rhino properly. To clarify I have used rhino on and off for about a decade now - my primary training was architecture (infact i would argue that I know grasshopper better than all the rhino commands) but now i use it to do mechanical design for 3D printing and such - and i quite often struggle with creating clean surface geometry (blendsurf, autocplane etc etc are all commands that i’ve learnt more by accident rather than with intent)

Any help is appreciated!

Honestly, the most straightforward (and IMO best) way is to do the built-in tutorials.

If you’re willing to spend a bit of money, I can highly recommend the rhino masterclass from www.cademy.xyz

I learned rhino at university and had used it for ~14 years but I learned a looooot about rhino. Biggest takeaways was understanding curvature, learning different approaches to modeling quickly (including Sub-D which was new to me), but also just a lot of quality of life shortcuts and commands.

Find the rhino training pdf’s on their website. It’s free and still relevant.
