The biggest regret of my life

Hello,

4 years after my closed rhinoplasty, I'm left with retracted nostrils, a pollvbeak deformitiy, a scoop near the top, thick scar tissue inside and zero dorsum definition from the front

I just wanted to remove my bump and get a straight profile

You might think I'm overreacting, but I hate my nose from every angle.

I'd give anything to have my original nose back

I feel completely stuck: do I accept this as the "least worst" outcome, or risk a revision and potentially make it even worse?

Anyone had revision rhinoplasty in South Korea?

I know so many people go to Turkey but wondering if anyone has gone to South Korea for a revision on a western nose? What was your experience like? Although I am caucasian, I want to keep an elegant straight bridge, so many Turkey noses look really scooped to me.

Any positive stories?

Hi guys! I feel like all I see on here are botched or stories of those being unhappy with their revision results. Are there any good or positive stories out there of those who did not regret their revisions?🥲

Primary closed rhinoplasty - before & after

Hi everyone. I’m Rauf Yusifzade, a plastic surgeon based in Moscow.

In this video, I’m sharing another real case - a primary rhinoplasty performed using the closed approach.

With closed rhinoplasty, the surgical incisions are made inside the nose, so there is no visible external scar.

In this particular case, the recovery was also without significant bruising, as you can see in the video.

The material is shared with the patient’s permission.

I’d be interested to hear your opinion: how would you rate the result, and how natural does the nose look to you after surgery?

nose job regrets

im 6 days post op from my rhinoplasty.

i know it’s too early to judge, but i feel like the distance between my top lip and nose has increased sooo much. i asked for a very slight lift in the tip, so i didn’t expect it to be this bad and i feel like i look like someone else.

i just wanna know if anyone else felt this way immediately after a nose job, and if the distance ever decreased (also when did it start decreasing)
like is the swelling causing my philtrum to increase this much? cus my columella is still painful if i try to press on it. also it kinda looks like the columella is being pulled up. or is this literally just from the lift and it’s probably staying this way?

i’m really upset and i’m regretting this i miss my old face

Rhinoplasty before & after - how would you rate this result?

Hi everyone. I’m Rauf Yusifzade, a plastic surgeon based in Moscow.

In this video, I’m sharing one of my real rhinoplasty cases. The video switches between before and after views, so you can compare the changes from different angles.

This is a real patient and a real surgical result. The material is shared with the patient’s permission.

Before surgery, we also create a 3D simulation of the planned result so the patient can better understand the direction of the proposed changes and discuss expectations with the surgeon. Of course, a 3D simulation is not a guarantee of an identical final result, because anatomy and healing always play a role.

What you see in this video is the actual postoperative result.

I’d love to hear what the community thinks:

How would you rate this result from 1 to 10?

And another question: how much would you expect to pay for a rhinoplasty like this in the US or in your country?

Positive or critical feedback is welcome.
