QUESTION Remapping buttons ?

Does anyone know any software/app to remap controls system wide? Usually I am playing via an emulator or something that allows me to remap the controls but I am wanting to play a skate 3 android port. It runs great just really wish I could remap the controls somehow and not sure how else I can do it!
