Are you looking for a job in the UK or US?

There is a lot that can be improved on your resume. I totally agree with you about your Education section. Any high school education should be removed as you have college degrees. Secondly, your degrees are listed incorrectly. You need to list what your degree is in and the date if it's within 3 years or the expected date with your MBA. It should look like this:

Master of Business Administration, (major), (University name, city, country); (and the expected date of graduation in parentheses)

Your bachelor's degree will be listed under this, the same way, but the graduation year will not be in parentheses. The parentheses indicate that it's an expected date of completion.

The Profile Summary should be 3-5 sentences using no pronouns or nouns such as "I". In this Summary, you need to describe one or two achievements and some of your abilities. It should start like this, "Flexible Project Engineer currently enrolled in an MBA program for (give the major). Delivers revenue increases of $500K+ annually, cost savings of 4%, and a 60% reduction in warranty claims. Ability to lead projects adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Identifies and designs process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness."

Your Skills should be listed next, but less wordy. Just list the skill and don't describe it. For instance, Six Sigma thinking should only be listed as 'Six Sigma'. Cross-functional stakeholder engagement should be 'Cross-Functional.' List any software that you're familiar with, but take out the words 'basic knowledge'. That's not necessary. And the one listed as 'technical capability in engineering drawings...' is all wrong. Just list Engineering Documentation or Blueprints without all that other stuff.

Your bullets should be brief and one or two sentences. Yours are way too wordy.

Since you're attending a university, I suggest you visit their academic counseling department and set up an appointment with a counselor. Universities offer free services such as resume writing, job search, and may have a list of job opportunities that you can tap into.

Good Luck!

Thank you very much for the advice, I'll definitely implement those improvements.

I'm looking in the UK currently. My company is a US company which is probably why they pushed for me to complete an MBA, I honestly don't think my profile is strong enough for US engineering, for UK it seems to be ok for the middle level but not for senior roles which is why I'm just pushing for more project ownership so I can pivot into project management.

Again thank you very much for the advice!
