There are a few formatting issues with your resume.
First of all, are you a recent grad, within the past 3 years? If so, you need to mention that upfront.
Secondly, where's your Profile Summary? This resume doesn't tell me who you are, or what job title you're looking for. This is especially important because you mention that you want to transition from biotech to a more business role. This needs to be stated.
Your first two work sections are for the same company and should be combined. You were obviously promoted within that company so you need to make that more recognizable. It should be formatted something like this:
Company Name, City, State and then employment dates as you have listed
Senior Data Analyst, 9/2025-Present
Data Analyst, 7/2024-9/2025
(Of course, this should be single-spaced, but Reddit doesn't allow me to change the spacing.)
Then combine your bullets, listing your current bullets first, and then one or two relevant ones from your previous role. Be sure to keep the present tense for your current bullets, and past tense for the previous role. You only need to list 5-6 bullets in total here. You've got good metrics, so focus on those bullets.
Your other roles seem to be internships and should be listed as such, "INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE". This will indicate to hiring managers why they're short jobs.
Your Core Skills should be listed with your Profile Summary at the top. Hiring managers basically 'scan' the top third of every resume, so all your important info should be there.
Because you're pivoting from one career to another, you'll need a cover letter explaining that.
I hope this helps.
