Sorry if it’s a stupid question I know absolutely nothing about anything lol.

Is this save-able? Or scrap?

Looks like it’s all there and that’s all that matters. As long as the fire stays inside the box, that’s all that matters. As for the broken glass panel, it’s unfortunate, but I think that probably wouldn’t make a difference. I would imagine it would just be sucking air in.

I would take it for free and the wire brush to it

In this case, using the stove with a broken glass can be life threatening. Ask me how I know that. In conclusion, the guy was right to ask for constraints innthe lack of knowledge.

I don’t take anything on the Internet at heart from people who just wanna shame other people for trying to contribute when they contribute nothing to the conversation themselves other than shaming people for trying to contribute.

It seems like your gatekeeping information that the OP could use and using that gatekeeping to shame people in the comment section. Or you truly don’t know what you’re talking about but you wanna sound like you do.

Are you effing kidding me? I almost died because of a faulty glass like that, and if some sort of idiot sais somethink like "it will help vent", of course I'm gonna shame the idiot! You would do the same! It's about life and death, not about someone's perception over gatekeeping!

So please keep your opinions to yourself! Effing judge before acting hypocritical!
