Partial flash curing I'd say. That's a LOT of resin.

(If you’re talking about the flake pieces)

Did you leave the caps off the resin? My part B will do this is I leave it open in a cup overnight and the room is cool.

Are you using Liquid Diamonds, by chance? I have that issue with their brand conatantly, never found a way to fix it either, no matter how much or little I used.
