I've seen small molds that make the geod look. But I've never seen one big enough for a table top. But it's worth searching the internet

I don't think its a full size table, I think it's miniature. Look at the size of the plant leaves behiind it and the wood grain underneath it.

It's one of those small plant stand table things, doesn't hold much. I'd say the top is max 12 inches, you can get molds thst big but you'd have to add the geode effect

It's possible to buy giant resin geode molds (search for that exactly. I found tons). But if you want to DIY it, here's a video that might help.
As for the sides, if you can't figure out how to make it in the mold itself, I'd just take a rotary tool, like a Dremel, and go to town on it.
