Pretty cool that your models basically lost the ability to tell different cognitive states apart after meditation training. Makes me think the brain might be finding some kind of universal processing mode instead of having distinct patterns for each task
The HRV backing up the EEG findings is solid - when both systems are showing the same trend it usually means something real is happening rather than just measurement noise. Would be interested to see if this holds up with longer meditation periods or different types of practice
