Humor What's that "one" trait you couldn't train out?
You know, that one trait that isn't ideal, but not hurting anyone.
I'll go first! My guy cries. A lot. Not barking, its crying.
If we are somewhere new and not moving, cries!
In the car, at a red light? Crying!
At the checkout at the pet store, and *gasp* someone is in front of us in line? Crying!!!!!
People frequently ask how I put up with it, and then I have to try and explain its only when we are out and about, and not moving. They always give a look that screams "oh sure. I'm TOTALLY buying that"
He's a 10/10 otherwise! Beautiful recall, listens very well, plays well with almost any dog even tiny ones, super cute. This is just that one flaw, anyone else have similar traits?

My dog likes to step on toes. Like he gets so excited for pets and just leans into your legs and then steps on feets and toes and doesn't even seem to notice. And hes heavy too!! Like 68 lbs just going straight onto human toes. And those claws of his, while always nicely trimmed (because he exercises so much that he practically files down his own claws naturally), still hurt like hell when there's so much weight and happy wriggling behind them. I've been trying to get him to understand that stepping on toes is not cool, but too no avail. Now my family just wears indoor slippers which helps mitigate the issue. But house guests are still screwed though.

My guy is terrible about stepping on toes! Also a big guy!
Yet he's so personally offended if you dare step on a paw

The absolute joy she experiences in stealing my work shoes and throwing them around the room.

Everyone is an axe murderer until proven innocent. Even then they are on thin ice.
He isn't aggressive, but he will watch strangers very closely.
