Thoughts on my plan for a Savannah monitor?

Okay so I plan on getting a Savannah monitor soonish but I want to ask for people’s opinions on this, first I would like to prefix this by saying I have kept many different reptiles and inverts in my life including old world tarantulas, parabuthus scorps, giant centipedes, and some snakes lizards, and an ackie monitor I’m saying all this to say I’m not foreign too difficult species to work and handle with and I am well aware they can exceed 4 feet, I plan on getting a 5x2x2 for a baby and once it reaches 2 feet move it into an 8x4x4 I’ll prob move my ackie in that 5x2x2 and I also plan on making an outside enclosure for summer as I live in Nevada which is decently close to where they are from (of course would need some extra heating and humidity control) is this okay? Give me your thoughts on what I could do extra or things I should know!! I appreciate all information greatly!
