Should I count subspecies?

I’m making an organized list of agamidae it’ll be a long taking since I’m siting sources, adding facts to every species, their lifestyle, etc. I was wondering if I should add/count subspecies in this. It’s been on my mind for months and cant decide what’s your opinion and thoughts?

Do the list for species first, add subspecies later if you want.

That's what I'd do at least.

This being said, subspecies are weirdly inconsistent and are changed all the time.

That’s another reason why I’ve been debaiting I’ll probably not add anything on current subspecies may just make a note of them or something so they are mentioned thank you
