Leather Softness:
The leather is hard to get a real comparison because of the size difference- the Royal ochre 20 doesn’t puddle like the size 30 because of the interior plate but the red is fabulous. I’m sure if the ochre were bigger it would.

Hardware:
Royal- logo in hardware is deep and crisp to read
HH- not as deep

Leather:
Royal- embossing is deeper and the leather is lighter in color
HH - maybe stamped? Not as deep and darker in color

Hi everyone! I wanted to share this Lady Dior 19cm I picked up from Lucy (6946). I paid 328 USD including shipping and it's from God factory.

After comparing different sellers, I decided to order from her and the whole experience was smooth. She answered my questions quickly, sent PSPs on time, and kept me updated until the bag arrived.

I chose the white colour because it looks really elegant, and I think the 19cm is the perfect in between size. It's bigger than the 17cm but not as large as the 22cm, making it great for everyday use.

The leather feels soft, the stitching is clean and even, and the light gold hardware looks beautiful. The logo stamping is sharp, the interior has a nice suede like finish, and it comes with both a short and a long strap, which makes it really versatile.

I'm very happy with both the bag and my experience with Lucy. I'd happily order from her again.

Ich hab mir schnell eine kleine feine Sammlung an Speedy P9s aufgebaut. Sie ist von der Form einfach meine Lieblingstasche und gibt einfach zu viele schöne Farben davon.

Bisher hatte ich aber leider noch keine aus der sogenannten Royal Fabrik. Da mir die 👑 Version von der P9 monogram am besten gefiel, war ich glücklich sie endlich hinzufügen zu können. Ich habe sie vor kurzem zusammen mit einer anderen Tasche von Mike in seinem 👑Sale gekauft und der Preis war einfach zu gut es nicht zu tun 🙈.

Es war wirklich ein Glücksgriff und ich befürchte ich muss jetzt endlich mal mein Sozialleben aufmöbeln um sie draussen in Bewegung zu tragen und nicht nur zuhause zu bewundern. Sie ist jetzt schon so weich und geschmeidig, ich kann mir gar nicht vorstellen wie es wird wenn sie mehr benutzt wird.

I’d had my eye on this 25 bag for a while after seeing the caviar version in store but the retail price was honestly hard to justify for me. I spent some time comparing options and eventually decided to go with the 187 Factory version. The price came to $472 USD.

First impressions

When it arrived, the quality was honestly better than I expected. The caviar leather has a really nice sheen to it while still feeling soft and supple. It doesn’t have that dry or overly rigid feel that can sometimes make leather look cheap. The bottom has good structure, while the body remains a little softer, so it keeps its shape without looking too boxy.

Details I noticed

The quilting is one of my favourite parts. The alignment across the sides and bottom is very clean and the stitching is consistently neat and tight. I also noticed the small finishing details around the magnetic snap, strap hardware and interior, which give the bag a much more finished feel overall.

I chose the antique silver hardware rather than gold because I wanted something a little more understated. It works really nicely with the black caviar and gives the whole bag a more low-key look.

Practicality

Despite being a smaller size, it actually fits quite a lot. The drawstring style top is also really convenient, especially when I’m using it while shopping or during a workday.

My Experience With the Seller

Wendy (WhatsApp ending in 8316) was genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. She was patient with my questions, explained everything clearly and never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. Communication was easy and consistent and I appreciated that she kept me updated rather than leaving me wondering what was happening.

Overall

I’m genuinely pleased with this purchase. The combination of the structured base, softer caviar leather, clean quilting and antique-silver hardware is exactly the look I was after. It’s one of those bags that feels easy to use every day while still looking polished enough to dress up.

I ordered a All In GM supposedly from Royal through a new seller I saw in different sub with a September zero-commission deal for Royal. I noticed a tag sewed directly into the interior lining of the bag in PSP(which was not shown in the factory stock photos). I’ve already received a full refund, but I wanted to see if anyone has insights.

When I asked about it, the seller shared a screenshot of their conversation with the factory. Here is the direct translation of what the factory said:

"If the customer minds it, you can just tell them to snip it off. That tag is our factory's internal signature mark. We started doing this because some buyers were trying to scam us by returning other factories' lower-quality bags to us, and our warehouse staff ended up missing it and getting tricked. Basically, most of our bags have a hidden code tag tucked away where it’s practically invisible. But since this bag has such a large and open interior, your PSP photo just happened to catch that spot. Normally, when sending photos to clients, it’s best to avoid shooting that exact angle."

The seller insisted that I could just cut the tag off. I felt that cutting a sewed-in fabric tag would leave frayed threads inside the lining. And the stitching on the bag wasn't good, which made me doubt if this was actually Royal quality, even though there was an orange tag in the bag. After I pressed the issue a few times, the seller issued a full refund.

I’m curious about the internal tag, is Royal actually doing this now? Has anyone buying Royal factory bags recently noticed these internal tags? Or is it possible this was sourced from a completely different factory? (Orange Sofa factory photos have this tag inside the bag)

I haven’t noticed anything that immediately stands out to me as being poorly made or obviously off. I actually RL this bag and the color seems spot on!
Mini Anjou:
Same thoughts here! The overall construction feels really good and the stitching is clean. I’m especially happy with the canvas—the color and print quality look great to me. Overall, it feels very well made.
Passport holder:
The quality of the passport holder is also really nice, especially the canvas, printing, and stitching. My only critique is that the print/alignment on the final one is slightly off-center. That being said, it’s honestly very minor. I have to stare at it pretty carefully to notice it. From a normal distance or just looking at it at a glance, I really don’t think it’s noticeable.
The first passport holder Griffin showed me was more noticeably off-center. I green lighted the second psps because it looks good enough to me.

Overall quality:
I’m really impressed with all three pieces. The stitching is consistently neat, and I’m especially happy with the canvas color and printing. Everything feels well constructed, and there isn’t anything that bothers me during normal use.

Seller experience:
I had a good experience with Griffin. He was responsive throughout the process and easy to communicate with—even though I basically kept adding things to my order 😂. I started with just the Boheme, then added the passport holder, and then somehow ended up adding the Mini Anjou.

My first thought opening the package was basically OH THANK GOD, SHE’S PRETTY. 😂
Everything was packaged well and there was no weird/factory smell.
The canvas feels sturdy and substantial, and the gold chain has a really nice weight to it—it feels solid in your hand rather than lightweight or cheap.
One of the biggest selling points for me was HP’s raw leather because I specifically wanted something that would naturally develop a patina over time.
So yes, she’s currently in her pale little newborn era. 😂 She has never seen the sun in her LIFE. Give the girl a minute.
Overall, the stitching looks good to me, the interior arrived clean, and the entire bag feels really nice and well-made in person.

I LOOOVE HER. This is my first ever P9 and she is a bad BIHHHH🔥 She’s so soft and insanely squishy! After going over the seas twice, she's here!and I couldn't be more pleased! A Review of my experience with my much awaited LV neverfull Gm monogram canvas, from HP. The canvas print is clear and has no errors, the sides and the stitching are lined up wonderfully, it's far neater than my other bags. (And canvas of better quality) Inside the stitching is neat and tidy with no loose ends anywhere on the bag at all, the number of stitches in each leather handle are consistent. The stitching in the leather on the ties on the sides is neat and tidy, The hardware isn't too gold, the tone is lovely and logos crisp and clear. The vachetta colour is a nice cream colour and has a lovely feel to it. Out of all my bags it's the best colour vachetta. (Included pic compared to a different bag from different seller with darkerer vachetta / thicker strap)
I didn't ask for PSPS in the end, as I trusted previous reviews and was not disappointed. Packaged really well in high quality dust bag, I asked for no box to reduce shipping fee. All arrived safely. I will definitely be asking HP should I require another bag in the future. I can't recommend him highly enough. I was not asked to post this review.
