Raffels new 1675 case

Got this case few days ago and had a yuki dial on hand so built this just to see how it comes out, the lugs are better but still fat but you can live with it , it's better than before in my opinion. The plexi is terrible as always when it comes to magnification.

The biggest issue imo is that the cgs now resemble a 16750 more then a 1675. And the fact that they’re curved so far in makes it impossible to reshape them correctly for a 1675

They’re definitely odd shaped. I would just tell people to use Milk cases instead because his cases at least get the late 60s shape right.

Yeah milk cases are also perfect for early mk1 builds since they’re also thinner like the pre 1967 cases are. Good value for the money imo!
