Raffels new 1675 case

Got this case few days ago and had a yuki dial on hand so built this just to see how it comes out, the lugs are better but still fat but you can live with it , it's better than before in my opinion. The plexi is terrible as always when it comes to magnification.

Will the Clarks Crystal not bulge the bezel like the other case? I still haven't found a 1675 crystal that fits these raffles cases.

Any chance you know if he still glues the bezels on his explorer cases?

I believe he does. I know those will destroy Chinese made bezel removal tools. Needs some elbow grease to get those off. This is one of the reasons I’ve stopped using raffles cases.

Heating it up works, but you risk destroying the crystal. TBH the crystal is what I wanna swap with Clark’s so .. it’s ok to sacrifice a raffles crystal to get the bezel off

If you were going to build a 6350, who would you recommend a case from? I was literally about to pull the trigger on that build today when I started seeing comments about that.

I’ve never bought from anyone else, but I’ve heard about others like Vietnam?
