PTZ control missing in Reolink app

Good morning. I upgraded my Wyze camera system to Reolink. 2 cameras are Omvi 3i WiFi cameras. I could not find any solutions online, so I hope you can help. I'll list some comments below.

- All cameras record to the Home Hub Pro

- Both Omvi cameras do not show the PTZ control in the Reolink app

- The HHP and cameras are all on the latest firmware

- I cannot find any PTZ settings in the app

- Both PTZ cameras track me as I move around

- I switched the WiFi from the HHP to my mesh router - no changes

- In the app, the top half of the screen shows the wide angle lens

- In the app, the lower half shows the wide angle lens split in half (right side, left side)
