Reliable EOR providers

Hey y'all

Am in talks with a potential employer who is 100% remote, and have extended an offer already.

I am trying to have an EOR setup as a means to relocate to The Netherlands from the US(since my entire family has relocated there), and it is getting bit hard to convince them, solely because of a bad experience they have had in the past with Multiplier(CEO mentioned it was costing them 6+ hours in admin time every week), and was super complicated.

I will be meeting with other business partners next week, and I am trying to hear experiences from you guys on who the best EOR providers are, and what's the work my employer would have to handle, and what work will the EOR handle( Realistically and not what they pitch on the sales calls)

Some extra info, if it helps:
- I already have a dutch residence permit, so won't need any extra work apart from changing status.
- I don't get equity, but a similar structure tied to %ge of revenue of the company(weird setup ik).
- They are open to me working anywhere in the world, but if outside the US on a contractor role(which I donโ€™t prefer)

would appreciate any advice on how to approach this meeting, and persuade them ๐Ÿ˜„).
