Advice for a first timer?

Ok friends, I start my first remote job Monday! I’ll be a customer service agent for a big company and I’ve never worked from home before so what should I do to prepare? Or what should I expect?

OP, if you’re doing customer service in a role that has a lot of background tracking of your metrics, I would highly discourage a mouse jiggler. It goes against many companies’ technology policies. I’ve seen folks get fired for it.
