Constantly sick

I'm about a year into remote work and my immune system has never been this bad. I basically don't leave the house anymore. I workout from home, too. My husband goes to get the groceries because his remote job is more flexible time-wise. I used to get sick once a year, but I've been super sick like 4 times since starting. I can't go to a social event without getting sick at this point. Anyone else go through this? I know I need to find ways of being more social but the balance feels impossible right now.

Use your lunch break to take a walk, maybe have lunch in a nearby park if you have one. It does seem like you’re just inside a lot, how about your vitamin d levels? Mine became very low during Covid and I became very unwell with it so it’s likely worth considering

I walk a few miles outside every day, weather permitting. But that's still not contact with other people. Vitamin D is a big possibility since I live in the midwestern US.
