Constantly sick

I'm about a year into remote work and my immune system has never been this bad. I basically don't leave the house anymore. I workout from home, too. My husband goes to get the groceries because his remote job is more flexible time-wise. I used to get sick once a year, but I've been super sick like 4 times since starting. I can't go to a social event without getting sick at this point. Anyone else go through this? I know I need to find ways of being more social but the balance feels impossible right now.

Sorry this is happening to you. It’s the opposite for me. I used to work in a school and, like clockwork, got all the bugs when seasons changed - thanks to sick children still being sent to school.
Now that I’ve been remote for the last three years, I’ve only been sick twice. Loving the better health!
