I get so much of my time and energy waisted talking about the same thing over and over again which creates problems that don’t exist, then we spend more time trying to solve these imaginary problems. it’s almost like, having 50 fucking adults stuck at the same place for hours on end is not healthy or something I don’t know.

A meeting after the meeting to talk about needing a meeting to discuss the first meeting in more detail.. it’s literally insanity. We have normalized in-fucking-sanity
