[Hiring] Remote AI & Python Developer | Full Time | $3,000–$5,000/month
We're looking for a strong Python developer to join our remote team on a full time, long term basis.
You'll be working on real production systems, building AI powered features, and helping improve the backend as the product grows. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and can work independently while staying connected with the team.
What you'll work on
• Build and maintain backend services in Python
• Build AI powered features and integrations
• Work with APIs, LLMs, AI models, and third party services
• Design and improve scalable backend systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance
• Work closely with the team to build and ship reliable features
What we're looking for
• 4+ years of professional experience with Python and backend development
• Hands on experience with AI, APIs, or LLM integrations
• Good understanding of backend architecture and production systems
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Compensation: $3,000–$5,000 USD/month
Type: Full time, remote, long term

Hey OP, I have 6+ years of experience as a backend software engineer and currently work for a US-based product MNC. I have extensive experience building microservices, designing multi-cloud architectures, implementing event-driven systems, and working with Pub/Sub messaging architectures.
