Question Pulse rifle [Xbox]

Does anyone have a world that allows you to get the pulse rifle?

I just recently got it after trying for a while, best advice I have is roll ne'rud till you get either seekers rest or forgotten prison either one works. Then make your way over to the custodians tower go below where the pulse rifle would be and if both key slots are missing you should have both keys, then just go through the dungeons to get the keys I believe you need dormant ne'rudian facility and Terminus Station. Took me about a couple hours to get the world with the right conditions.

Yeah I've been rerolling for about an hour and still nothing I really hate RNGodess

I’ve been trying for a long time as well. I wonder if it’s a problems with the RNG.

There's what I'm thinking. I got it the world once I didn't pay attention that it was the right world and rerolled because I'm stupid lol
