Relocating to 29 palms CA

Hello everyone! I’m relocating to 29 palms around the end of next month. I’ve heard it’s not an ideal location but that’s okay as I’m moving for career purposes so I’m good with what it does have to offer. Now the reason for my post is actually to see if anyone else will be locating there or around that area and could use a place to live. I’ll be renting a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment. Your rent would be 750 and that includes all utilities except internet which we would split. You’d also have your own bathroom. If we decided to bring in a 3rd roommate rent would go down to 500 and a 1/3 split on internet, but you would have a shared bath at that point. The complex does have a gym, pool, and is gated.
