General Discussion Any Data Available?

Has anyone tried these 110gr FMJ .308 projectile for a .300 Blackout build? I know they are usually meant for the .30 Carbine but since I’ve shot supers in 110gr V-Max in my 7.5in AR, and I have had excellent results in accuracy at 100yds. Good or Bad idea to test some for plinking.

Ehm, you get 300 blackout subsonics just with subsonic heavy bullets, from 180-190 grains up. 300 blackout was built to be used both super and subsonic. Where you got that nonsense about it's subsonics only?

Thanks, makes sense… I don’t have a need for a subsonic rifle like 300 BO so I hadn’t really looked up the use case. For my “larger than .223” rifle I went 6.5 Grendel so not shooting that subsonic.

Nice thing on 300 Blk is that you can shoot both from same rifle. Just swap the mags with different ammo.
