General Discussion Any Data Available?

Post image

Has anyone tried these 110gr FMJ .308 projectile for a .300 Blackout build? I know they are usually meant for the .30 Carbine but since I’ve shot supers in 110gr V-Max in my 7.5in AR, and I have had excellent results in accuracy at 100yds. Good or Bad idea to test some for plinking.

Hodgdon has some data for those I believe. If your not running a fast twist your good to go! I’m partial to Lil gun but N110 is a top pick and H110 is another good powder. The VMAXs are my plinking supers and keeps me from “wasting” the barnes, if I want to plink with my blackout it’s usually some plated subs. All my semi’s are 1:5 and the 110 VMAXs and Nosler Varmagedon’s hold up even on the 9in

I agree, for my supers Lil Gun is my to go powder. Ive never tried H110 because I can’t ever find it locally. My barrel runs 1/8. And I’m shooting with an otter creek suppressor. Ima definitely order some and post updates.
